COVID-19 Update
Dear Valued Customer, We would like to provide you with the latest information related to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 crisis and the steps we are taking to minimize risk to our employees. First, we would like to commend and thank our front-line workers in all levels of the medical industry who are risking their own lives to help combat those currently affected by the virus.
In close collaboration with our Canadian and US government agencies, EDAC has mandated most of our staff to stay at home policies while working remotely to continue engagement with our customers. In China, we are following all government agency safety guidelines for continuous flow of product at our plant.
We will proactively monitor the situation with the COVID-2019 virus and implement appropriate action where possible to mitigate risk of any supply disruption.
EDAC is working with Original Equipment Manufacturers, Contract Manufacturers and Distribution partners globally, to ensure they have the connectors they need to support the Medical Industry for ventilators, testing and diagnostic equipment. Our engineers are available in real-time for technical support and we have inventory on hand at our global order fulfillment centers.
